Vultap ("we," "our," or "us") operates a stateless digital business card directory designed to facilitate quick, peer-to-peer contact sharing. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through complete architectural transparency.

1. Our Zero-Storage Architecture

Vultap is built as a fully stateless, serverless utility. Unlike traditional networking platforms, we do not host, store, or maintain a database of your personal contact information.

• Contact profiles are encoded entirely inside the URL parameters of the shared link.
• When a Vultap card is tapped, your browser processes the web link locally on your device to generate a standard virtual contact card (.vcf).
• No contact names, phone numbers, emails, or company details ever touch or remain on a centralized server managed by Vultap.

2. Information Automatically Processed

Because our service is hosted via third-party infrastructure to deliver web traffic securely, certain technical data is processed inherently when you visit our site:

• Infrastructure & Security Data: We utilize Cloudflare as our Content Delivery Network (CDN) and security provider. Cloudflare automatically handles basic request data—such as masking IP addresses, processing device types, and analyzing traffic patterns—to mitigate malicious DDoS attacks, combat spam, and ensure rapid site delivery. This processing is justified under our legitimate business interest to protect our network.
• Cookies: Vultap does not deploy tracking or marketing cookies. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may deploy strictly necessary, non-identifying security cookies (e.g., bot management tokens) required exclusively for network defense.

3. Data Retainment & Security Limits

Because data processing occurs strictly client-side (in your own browser window), we have no access to your personal information and hold zero capacity to delete, modify, or transmit your records to external marketing networks. You are entirely in control of how and with whom you share your generated URLs.

Disclaimer: While our script uses localized masking logic to prevent casual scraping of visual assets, unencrypted URL parameters remain structurally visible inside browser histories, device sync logs, or shared messaging threads. Vultap is strictly a physical card companion utility; utilizing these URLs outside their intended peer-to-peer hardware interactions is entirely at the user's discretion.

4. Third-Party Links & Services

Once a contact file (.vcf) is downloaded or generated, it interfaces directly with the native operating system of your device (Apple iOS or Android Ecosystem). Vultap exercises no control over, and assumes no liability for, how native contact applications handle, backup, or sync your contact information to cloud servers (such as iCloud or Google Accounts).

5. Compliance and Contact

Given that we do not collect or store any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) on our infrastructure, traditional data access requests under frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, or regional privacy regulations are structurally inapplicable, as we possess no records to fulfill them.
